Discussion and Supporting Materials

Thought starters

  1. How can remembering "AHA" moments or that spark in a student's eye keep us focused and refreshed in a challenging profession?
  2. Consider a fun way for you and your colleagues to share some treasured student stories and celebrate each other's work?

I think every teacher should have this fire and excitement in the classroom as he has.  A classroom should feel loving, caring and inviting. A place of security and awesome learning avenues.

The way he talks i can tell that he is very serious about his job and making a difference in the kids life. My staff  and I always find fun ways to help the kids learn and especially something they enjoy doing.

I love the way he talks about his class and the joy he gets! I totally agree that you learn just as much as you teach.

very inspiring knowing that you have went above and beyond to teach and knowing that you have taught something that will carry a person along way in life.
