Internationals Network for Public Schools supports a network of 18 International High Schools and Small Learning Communities that provide a rigorous education for immigrant youth who have arrived in the United States with limited English language skills. The schools focus on using project-based learning to develop language skills and preparing students with the skills they need for college. Students are also organized into small, diverse groups, each with a mix of English proficiency, academic backgrounds, and literacy levels to foster a sense of community and allow students to teach and learn from one another.
