These video clips NEED to be accessible to ALL new teacher even if they are experienced teachers.  We get in such a educational rut; we have plans and we do not like change therefor our plans may not effective but if we are not reflecting on our teaching,  We don't know effective our teaching actually is.   Then we keep teaching the same way year after year.
