These seven modules can help leadership teams define quality instruction and advocate for it in their schools. School leadership teams, grade-level and content-area groups, and district-level instructional teams can use the modules effectively.
Each Success at the Core module is a 120- or 180-minute group learning experience that is designed to fit into a leadership team's existing schedule and is facilitated by a team member.
The full suite of materials for a module includes: videos that portray actual leadership teams working to improve instruction at their schools; handouts (with readings, activities, and opportunities to explore, discuss, and apply content); a facilitator guide, with step-by-step instructions and handouts; a multimedia presentation (with embedded videos, PowerPoint slides, and handouts) to guide the team through the experience.
Available here on Teaching Channel are videos from each module as well as the module's handouts and facilitator guide.
