    c. The numbers 10, 20, 30, 40, 50, 60, 70, 80, 90 refer to one, two, three, four, five, six, seven, eight, or nine tens (and 0 ones).

I love the teacher's ability to give every student the ability to explain their thought process. There is such freedom for them to wrestle through their thoughts and how they arrived at their conclusions. They then work together as a class to work through the answers.
