1. The "review time" allowed students to review, while it gave Ms. Flores time to observe her students, and chime in to correct any errors by one on one engagement.
2. The teaching technique was a well developed approach. This activity allowed audio, visual, and physical analysis for the students to process and apply the information being presented. Throughout the observation, Ms. Flores did great on productive reinforcement and creating a postive learning environment.
3. The poster board was a great direct teaching to the concept to the lesson. By the results of the interaction from students, the results show it was successful and a supported class. Also, it is a great way for Ms. Flores to assess who will be where for the group to "teacher" (students who were in class) for the following Monday.
