Morose doesn't rhyme with Rose. It has an "S" sound at the end, not a "Z". We have to be very careful with pronunciation accuracy to avoid teaching incorrectly.

The students are learning a variety of skills for example ELA skills, speaking complete sentences and in an open group. They're pulling words from the word wall to make rich sentences, using synonyms and how to connect their feeling with their peers. I believe students accomplish their learning goals through activities that will bring out their own critical thinking as well as others critical thinking. Successful students will accomplish and open their minds to learn throughout the day. The Teacher is the facilitator who encourages the students to be their absolute best.

The students ask each other what they did better yesterday and what they can get better at today. There is a lot of communication and culuture being formed in the morning meetings. They use greeting and self reflection.

Students accomplish their learning goals by using complete senteces. Good teaching is empowering students to get out of their comfort zone. They also use a word wall to help them connect with their feelings with synonyms.
3. What role does Ms. Noonan play during the morning meeting?
Ms. Noonan plays the student role and she lets the students be the mediators. She lets the students establish that comfortable environment that allows students to open their minds to learning throughout the day.

The teacher as a facilitator enabled the morning meeting as a good channel to prepare students for the huge tasks ahead. She facilitated exercises like the morning greetings and " today I feel _____" statement to encourage students to open up or stretch up their thinking on what they are about to learn with enthusiasm.
