Feedback is great and I think that every student needs to hear feedback for their work. It allows for the student to understand what they did good on and what they need to learn from for next time or in the future. Bringing in community partners really shows the students that feedback is welcome from any one person willing to help you and gives the students a little different audiance then just their normal teacher.

I really like this video.  It shows how teachers should try to outside the classroom to bring the real world into the classroom.  This show the students and helps them make a connection.  With a real world connection the infromation that we as teachers are trying to get accross will be able to understanding.

It's important to bring community partners into the classroom. The community often has no idea about how students learn and often have a negative opinion of high school students. This attitude changes when they are involved in the classroom.

This was a nice video it showed how the students got to present their presentation to an audience that were people from there community instead of there peers. This help them to get prepared for giving presentations once they graduate and go to college. They recieved positive feedback from the community which will give them some since of confidence and motivates them when they are moving forward.

Community panels are a great resource to have student use thier public speaking skills, planning, and understanding of what they need to know,  The questions and Answering of the unknown questions make students know so they do not feel that they do not know the questions.   When we had these panels our students becamne really prepared on how to answer the questions and help come up with a solution.   I was amazed on how well the students knew the content and could answer the difficult questions.
