while again , it does not apply to teaching my little ones... it is a great direction to set for our young people. To give them the stage to step into tomorrows world and feel a part of the answers to needs around them is a great way to keep our young people engaged in learning past high school and connected to the people around them in a productive way.

I think having community partners come in to speak to my kids is great idea, just trying to figure out how to incorporate a presentation or paper with them will be the challenging part of the idea.

This video shows how the community gets involved in the students endeavors. Often time, students have some sort of resentfulness to present in front of outside audience. This video proves the opposite. The community is to be recognized as well for taking the time to be involved in the life of the future entrepreneurs and leaders in the community.

This is a great video. Community Projects are always great because it makes you work together as a team. It helps you become more comfortable with working with others and time managing as well. It also helps you prepare each activity with different veiws on each perspective.

Feedback is great and I think that every student needs to hear feedback for their work. It allows for the student to understand what they did good on and what they need to learn from for next time or in the future. Bringing in community partners really shows the students that feedback is welcome from any one person willing to help you and gives the students a little different audiance then just their normal teacher.
