I like this a lot and will use it next year 2018/2019. I think it is an activity my 3rd graders would have to grow into as they need to first learn how to work together and participate more. Possibly I could start it early in the year if there was only one exchange then back to the owner of the note.

I am going to try this today with our weekly literature read. We also have "compass buddies" which will help with random, quick note passing. Thank you.
