I love the video and the concepts that you have collaborate on lessons that you can walk into the classroom with that are done in collaboration with your co-workers is an awesome concept but in todays world of in person and remote, when do you find the time? We always say that as a staff we will get together and discuss data, where the holes are and what approaches can we use to help close it more. I believe that it is time we were allotted more prep and professional development time to better assist our students.

I agree that this could be a very valuable time for department teams to work together on Common Core lessons that can be cross-curricular.
