This fella could have walked through the directions step-by-step separate from his other commentary. Breakdown in the workflow right after he released them to begin group work. UDL principles: make it possible for ALL the students to succeed, not those closest to an imaginary average. The KISS rule is sorely in need of application here.

I love how the teacher begins the class with an stretch to be able to ease their way into the lesson they'll be tackling. What also really stoodout about his teaching style is how he'll check in with each student to see how they are doing, and if they are falling behind then he'll allow them to catch up during the class. Especially, when the teacher is walking around the class and motivating certain students to gether their point across when a peer review evaluation is going on with their respective paper. Even when he gives the class a reflective outlook towards the end of the class about what the students have learned during the evaluation.
