Having these kinds of opportunities for the students is so great. It really gives them an idea of the hands on experience they need in the real world. It also allows them to test things out to see if they can see something like this in their future or if this isn't for them.

The power of being able to utilize the creativity from within a student's mind is empowering them to be driven in the origin of the project. Giving students a goal while giving them a direction to expand in experiential learning is allowing them to develop critical thinking & problem-solving skills.

Project based learning expeirence brings the classroom together to complete the assigment. Different issued assignments to students holds them accountable to assist thier peers .

LOVE experiential learning! As a Science teacher, and especially as a Life Skills teacher, this is the way for me to go. Its about how I teach. I loved attending the Lego League at the ASTE conference, as it dovetails perfectly with this.
