I enjoyed this video. I liked that the math teachers were collaborating as a PLC and attending district meetings together. They worked together and helped each other learn a new curriculum. Not only did they improve their teaching skills, but their students were benefiting from their new ideas.

This is a great idea especially for those schools with multiple tracks. The Math teachers can collaborate on lessons providing consistency of material content and presentation. It is beneficial for student's progression in math.

I have watched this video twice to grasp the most important factor that plays in supporting professional development. It comforting to know, it take short discussions to come up with strengthening the students skills and abilities.networking or sharing ideas is most effective in making a difference.
