However, blogging maybe beneficial for some, but it's a good way to network with other co-workers for any assistance.

Meet Kristin Gray: Tch Laureate Transcript

I believe something that’s really pushed my practice has been social media, and that may sound incredibly strange to many people, but it has been a place where I have found people of like mind, but also questioned enough to push my own thinking, and it’s also across this K through college teaching pre-service teachers range of people mathematicians, that engage in these conversations that really push the way that I reflect on my own practice, and through talking with them I then started to blog, which pushed me to sit and really go gosh what happened in class today, what could I have done differently, what changes would I have made, what did the students say that I should have asked that question differently, those types of things.

So seeing people in the twitter world do those kinds of things really pushed me to dive in to that world to be open and kind of open my classroom doors to help me grow as an educator, and also in turn also help other educators who read my blog grow from my experiences.
