Students are allowed to make the decisions they need and take ownership of their learning processes. It is great how they are encouraged to look for the answers in the information they are given, instead of relying on the teacher to give them the answer.

This teacher allows the student to have the ability to learn through trial and error with guidance as needed. He encourages them to rely on a careful and continuous  reading of the instructions for themselves, which fosters independence.

The students know how to find there way around the class. They have been empowered to take charge of their learning.  He allows the students in their learning to hands on, ask questions and gives them instructions to read the proceedures. This allows the students to depend on the teacher less and figure out the objectives.

This video shows how the teacher made the students actually has the desire to learn and be motivated at all times. It seemed that students turned this learning experience such joy. Great job!

I love how he lays the foundation and then lets the students be involved in an active role in their learning process.
