The students know how to find there way around the class. They have been empowered to take charge of their learning.  He allows the students in their learning to hands on, ask questions and gives them instructions to read the proceedures. This allows the students to depend on the teacher less and figure out the objectives.

This video shows how the teacher made the students actually has the desire to learn and be motivated at all times. It seemed that students turned this learning experience such joy. Great job!

I love how he lays the foundation and then lets the students be involved in an active role in their learning process.

I love the reinforcement of independance here. Alowing student to take control of their own learning, encouraging them to find and make use of avaliable resources and applying previously learned material with new ideas. Students are allowed to make the decisions they need and take ownership of their learning processes. It is great how they are encouraged to look for the answers in the information they are given, instead of relying on the teacher to give them the answer.

Students are given the freedom to do the things on thier on with the teacher giving general rules/ overview at the beginning and students have their own way of doing the things they are supposed to do with thier learning, styles but stillfollowing the procedure and getting the same answer or result of the given lab activity.
