I like the I do, we do, you do method. In my opinion, this is a great way to learn and is exactly how I learn new things. I tend to see this method a lot and I find that students learn better this way.

In this viideo, the instructor opened class with a review from previous class to walk students into today's lesson. Teacher gave objectives of today's lesson. Teacher used props/modeled techniques she targeted students to learn. Teacher asked questions thru out modeling to check students' knowledge while encouraging students to engage. Teacher used students as 'live' patients to produce a real affect. Teacher used the I Do; We Do, then You Do teaching/learning strategy. Teacher provided peer-to-peer engagement opportunity to practice procedures introduced of using splints/slings. Teacher also encouraged free/expressive speech to allow 'on-the-spot' questions wherein she provided immediate feedback.
