This was the best clip so far. I learned how it all comes togeather. The idea of doing a prject togeather is only as good as the feedback and oportunity to revise. There are so many unseen variable that come up in the unfolding of a project. . . that the feed back time and reflection stage is builds a forward moving mindset... not only the idea of " look what I did, but look what WE did and how can WE do  it better moving forward... this is progress. !

Feedback is so important and benefical to the students learning and improvement. When they receive feedback directly after a task, they are allowed to revise when it is fresh in their mind. It allows for reflection and discussion also.

Feedback ensures the student received the information diseminated. It also helps students test and revise ideas.

Student feedback is another form of learning that helps others students to process information at a different level, as well as help the student providing feedback to have a better understanding of the information. This also allowed the students to participate and get involved with hands on learning. This particular technique of teaching directly helps students to grow and have more confidence in themselves and their abilities.

What I like about the PBL system is how it convert learned skills to something tangible a student can relate to.

In this example, these students are putting together small moving toys to help kids with disabilities. So they have to use what they were taught in class and apply that toward the final product. And them being in the engineering program, they have to see first hand how their ideas turned out. Students are exposed to inputs and critics from their teachers and end-users to make the products that the customer will use as designed. The PBL also changes the learning process to where the students are not at the receiving end of the process, They are involved and take initiative toward their own education. It is like a two-way process.
