We're starting the New Year at Teaching Channel with a new look, and a new feature we're very excited to share with the Tch community.
As part of our new look, we've also moved a few things around—so I want to make sure you know where to find your favorite features.
Looking for the video page and video filters? Just click the "Video" link at the top of the page and you’re there.
Need to get to your Workspace? Click the link just above the search button at the top of the page.
Now check out the new Q & A section. This is something we believe will take our community's ability to learn from each other to a whole new level. Our goal is to enable you to tap into the collective wisdom of the entire Tch community with a few simple clicks.
Here's how Q & A works: To get started, just click on the big red Q & A box in the upper right corner. (Make sure you're a registered Tch member in order to participate).
You'll see a place to submit your question and add some details about what you hope to learn. You should also tag your question with subject, grade and topic so that others can find it. Then just submit and wait for answers from the community.
Once you have answers to your own question—jump in and choose your favorite answer! This helps others see what information is most valuable. The community can also vote for favorite answers, so maybe yours will be chosen!
We're very excited to see the Q&A section growing by the minute—so please join us! What questions do you have for the Tch community?
I recommend you spend a little time browsing through the new design and features. Is everything working for you? Anything you can no longer find? Please click the "Feedback" tab (located on the right side of every page) and let us know. We are working to improve Teaching Channel's site everyday—and your help is invaluable.
