Teachers were empowered to set some specific, purposeful and measureable goals that can impact on students' achievement. They have to share the feedback/progress of their set goals as they are accountable for their set goals and it would be monitored throughout the course of the year by the leadership team. PD team is responsible to provide continous support to teachers to achieve their goals

1. The need to bring back something to their group, to their team leader is what keeps them accountable. If the team leaders makes field notes and record all the meeting a productive output will be achieved.
2. The first step is to conduct a TNA and compile and collate its data to identify the needs for PD
3. Previous data is analysed and workshops are conducted to fulfill the needs for PD.
